随着经济发展和自然环境之间矛盾的日益尖锐,人们必须要变革原有的经济生产方式,以低消耗,低污染,低排放为特征的低碳经济必将成为首选。而低碳经济在运行中却遭遇了一定的困难,造成困难的原因有体制的,也有伦理的,但是伦理方面的困境往往容易被人们忽视。本文详细分析了中国在发展低碳经济过程中的伦理困境,并提出相应的对策,试图化解发展过程中遭遇的伦理困境,推动低碳经济的发展。
