20世纪以来,一大批拉美中左翼政党通过民主选举的方式走上总统宝座,从而掀起了拉美政治图谱的粉色浪潮。然而,20世纪末出现的左翼政权并非完全推崇一致的社会经济政策而是各具特色,从大体而言,拉美左翼政权主要分为激进左翼以及温和左翼,但如何区分、标准如何却有不同的观点。本文试图就中国社会科学院拉丁美洲研究所研究员方旭飞的《20世纪末以来拉美左派政府的政策差异及其原因分析》进行补充与商榷,并提出与国际接轨的新观点。
